How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, although our shipping team often gets orders out even faster. Most orders ship USPS First-Class Mail, which is a 2-5 day service, however larger orders will travel Priority Mail (2-3 day service). All items ship to the address entered at the checkout unless discussed otherwise.
Can I expedite my order?
Of course! Please contact us and we can will do what we can to get it out as soon as possible and help you upgrade to a faster shipping method.
Do you accept international orders?
For sure! International orders will travel USPS First Class International Mail (5-14 day service). As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges. Please keep in mind that international delivery can be somewhat unpredictable. Generally orders are delivered within a week although in some cases it has taken up to a month. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do to track the package once it crosses the border, but they always seem to show up! We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please let us know within two weeks of receiving it - we want you to love it!
Returned/Exchanged items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We do not accept items that have been worn or damaged. Once we receive your return/exchange your card will be credited for the merchandise amount or we will send out the replacement item. We will do what we can to make sure your purchase gets to you in one pretty piece. However, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, we will issue refunds or replacements if you notify us within two weeks.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yep! We have our “Wrap and Rush” option available for purchase in our shop which includes a hand-printed box, faster processing, and an upgrade to Priority Shipping. Need us to mail it to them instead? Just let us know in the notes to buyer section and we will make sure to exclude a packing slip (and are happy to add a note!)
My order is a gift - can you send them a personal note?
Even if you don’t opt for the “Wrap and Rush” option, we are more than happy to omit the receipt and include a note - just let us know what you would like it to say in the “notes to buyer” section during checkout.
Are you releasing any new products soon?
Definitely. We are always designing new prints for our scarves, looking for new fabric colors, and coming up with new products. Instagram and Facebook are both great ways to keep updated with what we are working on.
How do I wear a twist hair scarf / infinity scarf?
How ever you’d like! We love the versatility of both of these products - they can be worn in so many ways! Below are some basic instructions, but check out our Instagram andFacebook pages for more ideas.
Twist Hair Scarf: A simple “twist” of the two ends of wire will hold it in place - you can twist it in the front, in the back, or even on the side. Leave the ends standing up, tuck them down, or wrap them into a little rosette. Play around with it and see what you prefer!
Infinity Scarf: Because it is sewn in a loop, it can be worn long as a single-loop, or doubled over your neck. Pull up a piece of it to make a hood, or shimmy it down around your shoulders for a cozy shawl.
How do I wash my Infinity Scarf/Twist Hair Scarf?
We suggest hand washing and air drying, but we’ll be honest, we throw ours in the wash with the rest of the dirties. It might get a little softer, but the ink has been heat set, so it’s not going anywhere.
Where did the name Little Minnow come from?
Every year we go up to our Grandparent’s house in northern Minnesota - one of our favorite places on earth. When we were younger, we used to stand in the lake with our toes in the sand, calling out, “come out little minnows” and giggling as the minnows nibbled our toes. We like that the name reminds us of home, and it just so happens that we share the same initials, Lizzi & Mary.
